there will be snips of it used all year long. He may still the the Rethug nod, as they don't actually think, but this secured Obama's re-election.

Looks like Gingrich has gone full-tilt scorched earth.

The beauty of this is that it doesn't just discredit Romney, it discredits anyone from the pillaging capitalist class who runs for any party on their alleged private sector "record of achievement."

This is as it should be. I'm luvin' it!

He was riding high. And who f'd it up for him? Romney. Bet he thinks if Romney hadn't done
what he did, he'd be prez.

Despite the way I feel about these people....just looking at them as human beings - it must have
been really hard for all of them ....Bachman...Trump...Perry...Newt...Gingrich..Cain. All, for some
period of time went to bed and probably had dreams of maybe being prez. And then to watch
it slowly slip away, day by day, trickle by trickle. Perry can blame himself (poor debate). Cain
can blame his chicks. Trump can blame his stupid birther deal. But Gingrich only has one
person to blame...Romney

I think there is little question that it will be seen many times before the general election campaign. Win or lose for Romney, it will be part of the narrative come September. The beauty is that it undercuts Romney's self proclaimed strength (business experience, job creation).

I hope the Obama campaign has a good filing system for all this stuff. Put it together with Romney's talk about crony capitalism, pink slips, and firing people - now that is going to be devastating.

with Obama than anyone else - on paper at least. He has the best name recognition (except possibly for Newt - but Newt has more baggage), he has the best national organization, he has more of the establishment Republicans working for him. Overall he probably has the most appeal for true independents and even the odd Reagan Democrat. For all of his flaws, every other candidate has a lot more, save maybe Jon Huntsman, and I think he is not going anywhere this time around. Santorum on paper looks good but he will not get past the social issues extremism tag - and he very likely would not carry his home state of Pennsylvania in a general election - not essential for a Republican candidate, but Romney would stand a better chance in PA than Santorum, imo. And to win Republicans have to capture one or two big blue states, imo. Newt might do a little better nationally than Santorum but not much. Newt is terminally damaged goods even if he does not know it.

The Eleventh Commandment was a phrase used by former President of the United States Ronald Reagan during his 1966 campaign for Governor of California. The Commandment reads:
"Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican."[1][2]

come for Pres Obama. Be aware. If these guys are dumping This kind of cash against their Own-We ain't seen nothin' yet

They have been polling and surveying Americans, studying our shopping habits, books we buy etc-for Decades, basically studying our psychology for a variety of reasons, using the results to advertise better and so on-well, those results are also very beneficial to formatting effective campaign ads.

The attacks against Obama are going to be creating a foundation of mistrust, fear, uncertainty etc.

We are going to have to be prepared because it will Not look like BS by the time we see/hear "it".
Stay focused, keep researching on your own and ask direct, specific questions.

I hope the GOP primaries remain contested so they can mount unending attack campaigns right up to their convention. Obama is going to need all the help he can get, so we shouldn't be preachy about this kind of electoral assistance from the GOP.

because of his liberal leanings and that it is because of liberal policies that these businesses like Bain exist...their base WILL believe that and the whole thing will be twisted and turned against us by at least 20% of the repub base that are too stupid to figure it out. We'd never have that 20% anyway, but the others...I wonder how they are at putting 2 + 2 together?
