I’m sitting at the bar in kitchen having coffee on Christmas morning I’m thinking of our fallen murdered by Trumpig and trumpublican sycophants. Our fellow humans in need all brought on us with total recklessness and disregard by evil fucks let’s golf and deny two thousand one time payment with our tax dollars . So where I’m going with this is we do a secret Santa every year and also through year we do what we can do. For the local women’s shelter.

Now I’m not looking hey that’s nice teb no none of that. I’m just putting this out here cuz I’m frustrated pissed off. This year we caught a mother and her two daughters I think 12-14 in ages. This year the list was undergarments and some women’s body wash. The one item on the 12 year old list was a hairbrush let me backup it was worded her own hairbrush that just hit me hard . And my dear wife hooked them up above and beyond.I’m not bragging I’m angry 12 year old kid in a shelter wanting her own hairbrush.

We’re fortunate I know I’m employed my wife is going back to work after a battle with pneumonia. In my email to my congress repig trump sycophant rep. I quoted my old plt sgt as kid in 2/325 pir dude had some great quotes. I think we we’re all joking drinking at plt cookout talking about the upgrades on death benefit in case we got wasted. He said you won’t know it cuz there is no U haul behind the hearse.

So I quoted that fine NCO to my repig rep that saying no U haul behind a hearse as we’ve buried three hundred twenty of our citizens and you vote against helping our citizens. And I told the walking repig traitor about this child just wanting her own hairbrush how can they be so heartless and evil. Forty years of trickledown shit it needs to end.

Have great day however your gonna do it Du community let’s just remember the downtrodden they did not cause the pain and misery they’re living.

Your story reminded me of a story a tenant of mine told me about her childhood. She not only didn't have her own hairbrush, she didn't have one at all. She used a fork. I had just complimented on her beautiful long hair, and she was telling me why it meant so much to her.

11. Too many people have abandoned heroism in their politics

We're all supposed to be the heroes of our lives: the awakened and tested protectors of the innocent. But too many fail to take on that role in their politics, preferring to remain the child, despite their age, and in this twilight of childhood they see themselves as victims and turn to their political mommies and daddies to tell them who's good and who's evil. Sadly, they will never know the bliss that comes from transforming the world into a safer place for others. A child owning her own hairbrush is just a start but it's a necessary one. This primordial impulse we feel to help others, even those we may never know personally, is what got us out of the trees and has made life better, haltingly, over the centuries, so that now a hero needn't carry a rifle or storm a fortress, but rather wear a mask, stay home, help the needy, and vote for Democrats. I wish for a time when you can drink your coffee in peace and your only worry is what mischief the dogs might be up to.

... as to the plight of those having to seek refuge in the emergency women's shelter. Often, but not always, victims came there because they needed to evacuate quickly with no time to pack their personal belongings. Your empathy and kindness towards these victims is extraordinary, and it's the mark of a true Christian. "Love thy neighbor" is such a simple phrase, but it's loaded with meaning and purpose that some never learn in their entire lives.
