By repeatedly linking the terms disputed and fraudulent to one of the cleanest elections in recent memory, the GOP will now refer to Biden as the "disputed POTUS", "elected fraudulently", in every description of him for the next 8 years. It's all about labeling the election and the winner.
In today's world, you don't have to prove anything, just make sure the allegations pop up on any google search and let "suggestion" do the slandering for you.
It nicely sets up a false equivalency to Trump being labeled the "impeached" POTUS .

1. Exactly. The GOP is now an advertising firm selling the viewpoints of the American oligarchs.

And advertising works. They now have the information and tools to target people individually to influence them.

And, as with the most effective advertising, the people buying the product don't even realize they've been persuaded.

2. Despite being the loser, Trump will call himself the real President and Biden the fake President

and a huge chunk of Americans will go along with the narrative and shift all the blame for T's failures onto Biden immediately.

Trump has made his political career out of labeling, "Little Marco" ,etc.
It's childish but he got over 70 million votes after a massive failure as POTUS.
Results are hard to dispute.

4. Yes. It's all about creating fodder for the right-wingnut noise machine

Things like "X members of the House and Senate -- an unprecedented number -- objected to the electors from x, y, and z states because those elections were so corrupted by fraud" will be heard in the echo chamber for the next four years.

They hoped to be able to point to a least one winning lawsuit as their "proof." They hoped to be able to point to at least one state legislature overturning results. Those efforts failed. This is their fallback.
