With all the affronts to common judicial procedures, filing suits without evidence, disregarding all legal precedents and for generally being the reasons citizen's distrust the legal profession... my question is simple; but may be complicated with each state's own required disbarment processes.
How do we petition each state to disbar every lawyer who filed one of Trump's failed legal challenges to the 2020 Presidential election?

However, at least one federal judge seems about to do just that. https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.dcd.225330/gov.uscourts.dcd.225330.10.0_1.pdf

(639 posts)I wasn't sure how bidbarment actually worked, but the answers, so far are informative.
Could the municipal clerks or poll workers file a suit, as many Wisconsin poll workers are paid by the clerks.
As employees of the municipality, who've also taken an oath to the state to serve... could they show some type of damages?
I would think the Dane and Milwaukee County workers have been threatened or defamed by false claims.

Lawyers Defending American Democracy, a nonpartisan group that says it has the support of 5,000 lawyers across the country, said in a statement that Gohmert, Dallas lawyer William L. Lewis Sessions and unnamed other lawyers should be sanctioned for egregious conduct.
They brought a specious lawsuit that was premised on an absurd reading of the 12th Amendment, which directs the vice president as the U.S. Senates presiding officer to open vote certifications from the various states, the group said......
Last month, it called for the state bar of Texas to investigate state Attorney General Ken Paxton and for disciplinary bodies in other states to consider sanctions against 17 of Paxtons counterparts in red states who sued in the Supreme Court in a vain attempt to overturn President-elect Joe Bidens win in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
The group said discipline also should be considered against any lawyers among the 126 GOP members of the U.S. House who supported the Paxton-led suit
