Time for a "Loony Toons" break...

Hawaii Judge Grants Expedited Hearing for Atty. Orly Taitz

(Jan. 10, 2012) — Atty. Orly Taitz has reported on her website that Judge Rhonda Nishimura has granted Taitz’s request to expedite a hearing originally scheduled for January 26, when Taitz must be in Georgia for a ballot challenge hearing.

The new date is this Friday, January 13, and Taitz will be making her fifth trip to Hawaii since filing the case Taitz v. Fuddy. Dr. Alvin Onaka, Registrar at the Hawaii Department of Health, was also named a defendant.

Nishimura had determined that a hearing on the “new matter” of a subpoena from Georgia had to be scheduled separately from the last hearing held on January 6. Judge Michael Malihi had signed a subpoena which was sent to Hawaii commanding the Health Department to release the original vault copy of Obama’s birth certificate. Taitz’s case in that state questions whether or not Obama qualifies as a “natural born Citizen” as required for the presidency in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution.

If there ever was a "vault copy", it most likely was destroyed after the electronic record systems were established, as were all other "vault copies" of the rest of the birth certificates.

So, the lack of a piece of paper will be proof, where electronic records are used, that Obama was not born there?
How did the 2 birth announcements get printed in the local papers at the time? Those are legal evidence in themselves that Obama was born there.

The Associated Press quoted Chiyome Fukino as saying that both she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.

Fukino also was quoted by several other news organizations. The Honolulu Advertiser quoted Fukino as saying the agency had been bombarded by requests, and that the registrar of statistics had even been called in at home in the middle of the night.

Honolulu Advertiser, Nov. 1 2008: "This has gotten ridiculous," state health director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said yesterday. "There are plenty of other, important things to focus on, like the economy, taxes, energy." . . . Will this be enough to quiet the doubters? "I hope so," Fukino said. "We need to get some work done."

Fukino said she has “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

I'd really like to know where the money is coming from to keep this moron flying all over the damned country to file frivolous lawsuits.
