What action caused the terrorists to casually waltz out of our Capitol building?

Russians found what they were looking for?

Magats certainly did not appear to depart under duress.

9. The national guard arrived at around 3pm. They entered

through the side of the building and I’m guessing that they went to the front entrance and backed the crowd into the streets. Before dark, they said that the building was secured. They probably took any of those arrested away from the cameras and the crowd

2. As I recall, yes, this coincided with backup arriving,

Governors of Virginia and Maryland sent National Guard and State Troopers. I don't remember which state sent what. Sorry. They were trying to get the terrorist idiots out into the street quickly before time for the curfew imposed by the DC mayor. I don't have any links. This is just my recollection from watching it happen live, mostly on MSNBC. Hope that helps.
