It’s actually the last word. More contemplative and has everything in front of it/him. He applies government and high risk financed industry experience to issues.

I think he likes his slot and the extra time it affords to digest the daily events. But this moment would be important to have an insider explaining the coming sausage way earlier in the day.

He observations are spot on.
I think he is going to be the go to person for info regarding Senate procedure, norms and customs.
