Note: Earlier today I viewed an op that referenced "Level 5 Leaders". Since this is a new term for me I
asked for clarification and stated that I would do a search if necessary. Here are the results of my search.

So there you have it. I see that for me a Level 5 Leader is a good thing indeed!
