Imagine, please, that you find yourself in need of extensive heart surgery---a quadruple bypass, let's say.

An excellent heart surgeon is available: distinguished graduate of a top-notch school; numerous publications and professional recognitions for excellence; a record of successful surgeries even under the most trying conditions. BUT,---this surgeon has not saved ALL of his patients and he occasionally wears a Chicago White Sox cap (you're a Cubs fan).

On the other hand, the local podiatrist hasn't lost any of his patients and you see him often in the stands at Wrigley Field.

Who you going to let crack your chest and re-plumb your ticker?
