When I first saw that sign I thought, "That is not what the science tells us".

First, she is mixing up biological sex with gender which is socio-cultural.
Second, there are more than two biological sex distinctions. There are a number of chromosomal combinations that affect sexual characteristics.
Third, even historically before the advent of modern scientific method, people knew there were people who existed on a spectrum of both biological (sex) and gender (socio-cultural) identities.

Greene is an idiot, who is either one of those white knucklers, clinging to a new found religiosity...OR...she is a cynical grifter playing to a gullible audience.

I think she is a grifter, but I also think that she is pretty stupid and ignorant.
