Marco Rubio was scheduled to speak at CPAC this morning, but his speech was canceled.
No explanation given so far. At least none that I can find on Twitter.

But one strong possibility is that Trump found out belatedly that Rubio said this 2 days ago (see second tweet from Manu Raju below):

Editing to add that Rubio has now tweeted that he couldn't give his speech because of an "unexpected family issue." Personally, I don't believe it, still think the possibility I mentioned above is the real reason he isn't at CPAC:
