The question i've always had of pertaining to gun control is (I'm completely FOR GUN CONTROL)

How can QTHUGS STOP people from wearing guns in ANY Federal building, congress, court houses? My thoughts are How the hell do the courts get to choose WHERE they are allowed? IF they cannot be worn in Congress, Court houses, then they should NOT be allowed ANYWHERE PERIOD!!

I think it's a similar principle as applies when they say you can't have a fully automatic weapon Hugh_Lebowski Mar 2021 #1

Of a grenade launcher for that matter.

Locales aren't barred from making certain restrictions on the carrying of firearms, nor of possession of various types of firearms.

That particular one is attached to a gun, so the gun is regulated like any other rifle. But the grenade launcher part is something anyone can own. Even felons.

It's the grenades that are restricted.

They won't wear masks BUT they accept rules that they cannot wear guns to the conventions or other places.

A gun is useless without ammunition. To purchase ammo, you should have to possess a near FFL level license and be extremely limited on amounts you can purchase.

Anyone caught in the sale or manufacture of black marketing ammunition should be guilty of a felony and imprisonment.

Gun control won’t solve this problem. Killing off the supply of ammunition will solve it over time.

But I hear ya and sadly you are right.

Private businesses and dwellings always control this issue as they see fit.

Public spaces are mixed in many states where carrying is legal.

Moderation is still a good approach to gun laws.

WHO makes the decision for carry in CONGRESS and Courthouses? Seems like the SC and QTHUGS are all for right to carry UNLESS it's in front of THEM!!

Judges have almost unlimited ability to set rules for courtrooms and court houses.

Congress has wide discretion as well (although not as much as judges)
