1. "Biden Is About to Undo Trump's Judiciary Project" . . .
I certainly hope so, all up and down the chart, if possible.

3. That sets an awfully low bar...
...since the current district court balance is almost exactly 50/50 and there are a few dozen vacancies to fill. The first handful will accomplish that goal.
But "about to undo Trump's judiciary project" is way off... since the appellate court level leans right about 55/45 with only a handful of open seats. Even when Biden has filled all of the available open seats, republicans will still be about a dozen seats up. The likelihood of six or more of them retiring and being replaced in the next year and a half is slim. Those who were ready to retire almost certainly got off the bus while Trump could replace them. And, of course, the true "trump judicial project" remains the 2-1 balance on the supreme court. |

4. Just about to say ....
only if you're looking at a very narrow slice of the judiciary. And that super-majority at the Supreme Court level .... But I'll award 'points' for diligence in search for a silver lining.

5. I'm sure Politico will have something negative to say about this...
... and the usual idiotic Biden haters trample all over themselves trying to be the first to share it on the internet/s.

6. I want some of Trump's appointments removed.
There should be a push on it for questionable appointments.
And change the law so those retiring do not receive their fully salary in retirement. |
