And seriously - what would that accomplish? It wouldn't accomplish anything because even if they did cater to their demands, they would still find ways to smear them, saying things like they didn't go to the border fast enough, or would find some way to blame the current border "crisis" on Obama even though most of this is the previous guy's fault.

Personally I'd rather have Joe and Kamala stay and work on actual crises, not ones made up by a news network for ratings.

We've got such a sordid history with Central America that we don't have much standing to demand anything, but there's got to be some way we can help stabilize those nations.

Anthropogenic Climate Change is just going to exacerbate this migration. In some ways, we're seeing from Central America what Europe is seeing from Africa and the ME.
