But rather than admit fault, Scott Walker tried to cover up the scandal by shuffling his buddy and hand-picked administrator to another cushy taxpayer-funded job.
Scott Walker then used his $43,125 check from the Koch brothers to go up on the air with a massive television buy to shield himself from responsibility before the election.

The latest scandal to hit Scott Walker involves his top lieutenant and former Deputy Chief of Staff. Evidence brought forth by the District Attorney shows that Scott Walker inexplicably ordered the transfer of control from the American Legion, a nationally recognized veterans organization, to his good buddy who had no experience running a non-profit.
It was this action by Scott Walker that allowed his former Deputy Chief of Staff and his Veterans Commission appointee to steal more than $60,000 dollars from wounded veterans and families of military servicemembers who died in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Scott Walker and his super-rich allies are already out-spending us 5 to 1, and while you've been out in the cold gathering signatures, Scott Walker has been flying all over the country grabbing more cash from powerful special interests.
We cannot let Scott Walker shield himself from responsibility again.
