Is this expert testifying that Floyd's heart is bigger because he's a bigger guy? Floyd's heart is not twice the size of average, or twice the size of a small dudes.

This guy is full of shit.

This is the first I've heard of an enlarged heart, which is a sign of cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. Floyd did not have that. High blood pressure is not CHF. No. Atherosclerosis is not CHF.

Floyd did not die of ischemia. He did not die of congestive heart failure. He didn't die from hypertension. He died from positional asphyxiation because Chauvin put all his body weight on Floyd's neck.

The Irish pulmonologist and the cardiologist are both far more credible than this guy. 9 minutes and 30+ seconds.

I've had two heart attacks and I have a two lead ICD/Pacemaker. all by the time I was 51. Rare, female heart attacks with complete absence of hypertension, narrowing, or plaque in my arteries.

He's technically accurate, but he's not quite right about a lot of what he says. And, he's all over the map about hypotheticals, none of which describe what happened to Floyd.

Hypertensive disease IS NOT the most common cause of an enlarged heart. That is false. An enlarged heart is a result of Congestive Heart Failure.

He's positing that as we age, and we all get a little hypertensive, our hearts just enlarge little by little. Um, no.
