Teachers don't have enough to do in the classroom? They have to be the Gender Police too?

Children try on all kinds of identities as they are growing up. My two daughters spent their entire Middle School years wearing basketball shorts, t-shirts, and tennies to school every day. That was so they could play basketball at lunch when it wasn't raining. Would that get them a notice from a teacher? Would that count as gender non-conforming?

I don't want my first public crowded event post vaccine to be a march on Raleigh but you can bet it will be exactly that, if these people pass this law. Honestly, I would probably not be able to remain a teacher under these conditions. I am a dual certified teacher who has taught a wide variety of math courses. I am likely to be able to get a job in another state if it comes to that. Fortunately, this has no chance of being signed into law and they almost certainly won't be able to get a veto proof majority.
