(32,073 posts)I doubt they give a shit either way about sick people. But, as has been pointed out in other posts, this is straight out of the Trump "Look at me!" playbook. It gets people talking about their antics, instead of on the good economic news, the success of the vaccination program, and all the other good news coming out of the Biden administratsion--as well as distracting from all the mass shootings and black men being killed by cops.
