When I was working I got real tired of the constant gay cracks. That is gay. Oh you are gay. Don't be gay. Once it gets started there is no stopping this stupidity. However I did have a system.
I would pick out the worst offender and say in front of everyone. Ya know your constant gay cracks and references point to repressed feelings. I think you are trying to get into my pants.
It always worked. I worked at numerous shops over the years with majority male coworkers and this system never failed.
