My understanding is when a new law is passed. Will you be able to go back and apply it?

No one is going to change past elections at this point. Therefore the federal law will override the state laws.

Any republican congressperson who claims they will fight for democracy should support HR-1. If I were the press, that's what I would ask them: Do you support HR-1? Nothing would show that you support democracy more than supporting this bill.

I think at best we can hope for Murkowski, Collins, Romney, Burr, and Portman. And I think the most we can expect is Murkowski, Collins, and Romney.

Otherwise, I see no reason for blue states to stay in this failing republic.

We have to end the tyranny of white minority rule.
