Paid for expedited shipping for item from Canada - item must be refrigerated. I paid the extra to have the company pack it in dry ice. It was supposed to arrive today. Last update was on Saturday. It left Canada on Thursday. Arrived in the US on Fri and has been sitting in CA since that time. Regular mail has already arrived today. Just tried to call USPS customer service. Wait time is over an hour.

This is just ridamdiculous.

DeJoy was hired by Trump -- but the basis of the ideas being brought into play long preceded him -- both on the board, and in congress.

Post Office has been a political pawn -- and subject to mismanagement and 'thumbs on the scale' political oversight --for a good long while.

In Transit where? Last update inbound to customs. Outbound out of customs, then on to the CA Distribution Center. Now in Transit since that time.

Not as serious, but my daughter and son-in-law were invited to a wedding, a pre-wedding dinner, and a Mother's day brunch, post wedding. Each event had a separate invitation. They got 2 of the invitations and attended. The day after the wedding, they got the 3rd invitation. It had been mailed a month earlier, almost to the day.

16. I think he is. Last week Informed Delivery indicated I should had mail every day.

I only had delivery on Monday and Saturday. Missing mail.

No mail today either even though Informed Delivery says otherwise.

I tried calling post office locally several times but either it was busy or no answer. Finally got a pickup later in the afternoon. The response was less than worthwhile.

So by this list. I am supposed to wait 2 days to call to find out where my item is. Nevermind that an item that cost me lots of money that needs to be refrigerated is stuck in CA of all places. But, oh, don't call us about it.

Depending on the postage you pay for, you are being asked to wait 14 days to call. WTF?? Really?
