‘This Is Our Capitol’: Penn State Grad and Former Substitute Teacher Arrested for Allegedly Fighting with Numerous Cops, Stealing Property During Pro-Trump Riot

A Penn State graduate has been arrested and charged with numerous crimes in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol Complex, according to a recent filing in D.C. federal district court.

Robert Morss, a now-former substitute teacher, was arrested by the FBI at his apartment in Glenshaw, Pa. on Friday morning on suspicion of having been at the front lines of the violent and deadly pro-Trump attack on the national legislative seat of government.

According to federal prosecutors, the defendant was seen in multiple media photos “wearing tan camouflage clothing with a tactical style vest, scissors tucked in the front of the vest, tan gloves, and at times a red baseball style hat” that bears the inscription of the 45th president’s 2016 presidential campaign slogan–and which has become a call sign for fellow travelers affiliated with his movement.

The defendant is charged with: (1) assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees; (2) civil disorder; (3) robbery of personal property of the United States; and (4) obstruction of an official proceeding.

Just playing dress up in special forces gear. Like putting Navy Seal outfit on a Ken Doll. Does not make Ken a hero. Sickening as Trump on a Carrier with a leather Navy Flight Jacker and Captain's hat.

Now just you wait a minute!

Are you trying to say that there is a difference in looking tactical and actually using battlefield tactics? That just wearing a camo vest with a bunch of 30-round mag holders, a side arm holder, a shotgun slung across the back and an AR-15 in hand doesn’t actually mean the person now has the skill to maneuver about in a combat situation let alone keep calm under constant thread of death?

Well...

...these guys sure seem to think the costume does something.

Just followed the crowd in without thinking through the implications.

Heck, everybody else was swiping stuff, why not pick up a few souvenirs? They can’t possibly arrest us all. Worst case scenario, Trump will pardon us for being such loyal Patriots And following his instructions, MAGA!! This is so awesome let me take a few selfies To show everybody.

Yeah, like the FBI dumbass. ooops.

He's on camera again and again, court documents describe. The evidence includes images they say show Morss:

- trying to rip away a baton from a police officer, ripping a fence out of the hands of an officer with the help of other rioters.

- yelling "shield wall!" for people to pass up police riot shields to use in the clash.

- directing rioters activity in a Capitol access tunnel.

-telling other rioters to '"take out" a security camera.

- yelling at police, "You guys are betraying us. You get paid enough to betray your people?"

- shouting "This is our Capitol" and "We are going to take our Capitol back."

- trying to rip a visor from an officer's hand,

- grabbing other officers protective shields,

- pushing and pulling against officers' shields.

The counts against Morss include assaulting, resisting and impeding officers, civil disorder, robbery of government property and obstructing an official proceeding.

He was approved to sub under a month prior to Jan 6.
The kids were not in school for 2 weeks from probably December 19 to January 4.
So, it looks like there were, at most, 9 school days where he was approved.
I'm guessing he had little time to screw things up.

Matter of fact, they can all go to jail just for being there and have extra years added because they voted for Trump for all I care.

Matter of fact he should have his college degree Taken away for being dumb enough to do so.

Actually, I have a feeling he was one of those subs that reads the plan to the kids, then sits down and plays games or snapchats on his phone.
I've seen it. Since I'm the opposite, it's likely why schools keep wanting me back.
