could do some serious damage. They have unlimited resources. The bloated military budget is why we don't have Medicare for all and free 4 years college tuition or other training that would lead to gainful employment. . But, a tyrant would only need one General that was willing to command a battalion to surround the Capitol and to halt all government functions.
