The whole time share condo industry nationwide is a 3 card Monte anyway. The huge property management companies line their pockets and shed responsibility of infrastructure and maintenance. Get a free stay of 3 days and 4 nights when you sit through the hard sell seminar for 3 or 4 hours. Trust me, they hard sell the shit out of you. The last half of the seminar they bring in the Jersey used car salesmen after they've separated you and your lovely partner (many require proof of marriage) from the rest of the flock spouting "Nick and Monica just purchased the 6 week option, you all looked like you were getting along great with them" BS when "Nick" and "Monica" actually are shills for the time share company, actually half the couples in those scam meetings are shills. These huge companies hide the cost of maintenance to the unwary until the contract is signed.
