About the Weisselberg inictment and Trump

If I read it right, the tax evasion stems from the Trump Org paying for all sorts of things for Weisselbergs' life style. Including cars, college and apartment and he not declaring any of it on his taxes.
I would be very surprised if the Trump Org was not lavishing Trump and his brood with the same, if not more perks and subsidies.
So shouldn't we expect them all to be indicted as well?

He lived pretty well for a guy without a paycheck.

He's dead now.

I am by nature pessimistic. And have fallen for many Fitzmases past. But I do think there will be charges brought.

IOW, were the cars, college, apartment, etc. written off as business expense deductions.

Not only would Trump not have paid taxes on the value of those offerings, but he would deduct the same amount from the total wages, profits, etc. owed.
