The family could have been generous and loving towards her and her brother, after their father died young and penniless. Instead they ALL were heartless and cruel. Yes it was Donald who started it, but the other Chump siblings all went along with it.

When a sibling dies young, like Fred Jr, it's common decency for a brother or sister to try and help out the kids.

I knew a guy who bought cars and paid college tuition for his deceased brother's two kids. He was well off but it still impacted his finances. It's what healthy families do.
