I've never understood why doing a large proportion of tests that are useless is a good thing. Tests should be done when contacts or symptoms indicate.

my post was mostly about the offset of the state outlines on the map. The whole eastern seaboard is in the Atlantic ocean.

Looks like someone resized the underlying map but not the layer with the outlines of the states.

band along the east coast, and the rest, indicated something interesting.

11. there are two maps here, and they are offset from each other.

the covid map and the "white line" map of the state boarders is offset. you can see Florida's "outline" in white is missing too. California's "outline" is white on the white background so you can't see it.
