The very minimum our justice system should do is prevent Donald Trump from ever holding office again

18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

the people who fundraise off of the same people as the president must support him no matter what.

Repubs don't care about the country or the constitution, they only care about their party and the 4 years of Trump, prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

3. Agree, but so far it appears voters will have to decide. Think they will if trump enters primaries.

2. Congress passes legislation that you can't run for President and/or Vice President if you've been convicted of a crime. (Hey, if you can't vote, you can't run. Don't like it, then don't do the crime.)

crimes afterwards. He had to know that his accounting guy was fudging income/hiding his income in various ways, and if trump was the ceo, he knew full well what was going on. Al Capone got nailed finally cheating on his taxes, nail trump w/ his filed (and signed as 'correct' taxes).

…every morning to hear that he has died during the night.

And I don’t feel the latest bit guilty for feeling that way. Seems like the only sure fire way we will ever get rid of him.
