Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Repubs don't care about the country or the constitution, they only care about their party and the 4 years of Trump, prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

(46,061 posts)2. Congress passes legislation that you can't run for President and/or Vice President if you've been convicted of a crime. (Hey, if you can't vote, you can't run. Don't like it, then don't do the crime.)

(22,097 posts)crimes afterwards. He had to know that his accounting guy was fudging income/hiding his income in various ways, and if trump was the ceo, he knew full well what was going on. Al Capone got nailed finally cheating on his taxes, nail trump w/ his filed (and signed as 'correct' taxes).

And I dont feel the latest bit guilty for feeling that way. Seems like the only sure fire way we will ever get rid of him.
