for all practical purposes Baker in MA and particularly Phil Scott here in VT might as well be Dems. Scott's record here isn't much different than a run of the mill, moderate Dem down south. In fact, Scott promised publicly that if Sanders took a position in Biden's admin, he'd replace him with a Dem leaning independent as interim before a special election. There's chatter that Scott may want Pat Leahy's seat, if Leahy retires. Conventional wisdom is he'll have to switch parties to make that happen.

I got excited when Montana hit 30%. We are close to half now 48% according to the WAPO.
I think 90% of the population of my town think it s a hoax or a conspiracy. Strong anti vaxer faction driven by the evangelists. They protested at our free county inoculation back in April. Our county is now at 30% vaxed. I think it was at 2% a year ago. Most of them that got the shot are folks not from around here, like me.

I hate to say this very much , but a alot of freedumb anti - vaccine people are not with use any more . I have known about a dozen rite now that were good friends & healthy. they went on ventilators & did not pull out of it . don't matter what the fuck party you belong too ,but you are still " dead". but ,you have your freedom . sick of this bull shit ! have a good day while ya can . nothing more to add !
