If all these horrific videos from January 6 are shown as evidence in the Committee...

How the hell will the republicants deny it? Do they have pictures of people standing around looking like tourists? How do they counter all this evidence?

Another horrible attack against news media on Jan 6 is described in the court filings in this case .... take a look ===>

With a Confederate flag hauntingly prominent in the background, police are beaten then taunted.

This court exhibit shows some of the horror on the frontlines six months ago today

Who authorized the Capitol tours?
Who disabled the panic buttons in the desks?

Republican politicians need to be held accountable if they were complicit.

"Are taken out of context".
"Are subject to interpretation".
"Have been doctored".
"Were staged".
"How do we even know they were filmed January 6?"
"False flag".
"But her emails" .

I'd make a good Republican.

to like Trump but not violent insurrectionists.

I say this for two reasons. The first being a live report I watched that day - on C-Span from a foreign correspondent who was inside the Capitol. He made a fine distinction between the different types of people that he saw coming in - from ordinary (low IQ) curious followers - swept up by the crowd at FGs direction to violent armed militia, and everyone in between.

In our local Central Texas rag, there was a front page story about four (stupid) guys who love trump and drove all the way to DC on 1-6. They talked about crowds and enjoying themselves and walking around buying t-shirts and their biggest dilemma was not being able to hail a cab back to their hotel quickly. Claim they never even noticed or walked toward the Capitol.

Bottom line, I think it was and is a big mistake, to lump all these MFs together.

the House Impeachment managers showed video from January 6 during Trump's second impeachment trial. It didn't do a lick of good then, and probably won't convince any Republicans now.

Will it change the minds of any average, right-leaning, mouth-breathing citizens? I kinda doubt it.

Hope Schiff not involved. Heard him today and he had not one iota of outrage in his voice. Brilliant, but way too calm and unemotional in my humble opinion.

but as we all know, had this been BLM, and president Barack Obama sat on his ass and did nothing for 2 1/2 hours, finally calling them off while telling him he loves them for doing this, we know their reaction would be entirely different.
