Roselle Park Municipal Court Judge Gary Bundy ordered the Willow Avenue
homeowner to remove the signs with profanity within a week or face a $250-a-day fine. Patricia Dilascio is the property owner but her daughter, Andrea Dick, had the signs, three of which include the F-word, on display."

In NJ a municipal judge does not have the jurisdiction to rule on the constitutionality of any law and must rule to enforce any law as written, so this law can not be adjudicated as consititutional or not until appealed to the Superior Court.

it's the borough's Govt. that's telling her to remove the flags, which is clear 1A protected speech, the ACLU has already come down on her side and this will be appealed to a higher court where I suspect the law will be ruled unconstitutional under the 1A.

She's a Dick, but that is her absolute right to be a dick and the borough is going to be stung when this is appealed to a higher court.
Hell, this may go all the way to the Federal level.
