4. I'd bet $250 he flees, leaving the bail money behind

Just the cost of doing business for him. He will go to some Arab country with no extradition treaty with us.

"..package that will free the 74-year-old billionaire ahead of his expected trial on charges of foreign lobbying, obstruction, & lying to FBI. Judge still must approve deal."

Dumbass.

You'll never see him again.
All that work getting that fker finally arrested & THIS!!

Is that a Trump/McConnel appointed judge?
Is that why this emergency bail hearing was suddenly moved to LA?
BETTER NOT DO IT!

From CNBC Earlier:
The prosecutors said he is "an extremely wealthy and powerful individual with substantial ties to Lebanon, the UAE, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" who could leave on on his private plane.

They said Barrack has "deep and longstanding ties to countries that do not have extradition treaties with the United States."

The court better respect this statement!

Then this too :

Prosecutors had asked at Barrack’s first court appearance in L.A. on Tuesday that he be detained until at least he appears in court in Brooklyn for another hearing because of the risk that he could flee to avoid facing the charges.

Per judge in Tom Barrack's case, he will wear a GPS bracelet, observe a curfew, not spend more than $50,000 on anything, stay within EDNY, CDCA and SDNY, and appear in court in person at noon on Monday in the Eastern District of New York.

And if they grab him, he will be sitting in a jail cell for the rest of his life. We are good at monitoring people, when we have a functioning government. He must appear in person in NYC on Monday.
