(9,291 posts)Where was the backup suppose to come from? Did any agency refuse? Where was the rapid response team of the FBI, and Secret Service? If the president of the United States wasnt answering the phone, or telling you no, then why didnt someone call in to CNN and say this, and request all off duty cops to arrive there, now.
So much is wrong. Im sure the Capital Police have a giant book all full of procedures, and calling for back-up, considering the high target individuals, should be in book one.
