Iowa governor Kim Reynolds, also Such A Moron, rejected a mask mandate the first time around. Along with Kristi Noem, the South Dakota Snow Queen.

They are more than willing to sacrifice their base in an effort to make Biden look bad. Since analytic thinking skills isn’t their strong suit they haven’t considered the impact of killing off their base.
