The 1/6 investigation is moot without a bridge...

Is it a fact that Trump was lying about election outcome? Yes.

Is it a fact that a rally brought 10's of thousands of supporters to DC? yes.

Is it a fact that Trump told them to go to the Capitol and "make their voices heard"? Yes.

But those things don't equal "planning the Capitol attack" unless...

It can be shown that there was a conspiracy supporting a few hundred people to storm through police lines and then enter the Capitol building after assaulting officers.

We need Trump's phone logs, those of his Staff.

We need email and phone content from several in Congress to see if there was indeed actual communications and cooperation with the insurrectionists.

We need a bridge.

One one side of the river we have things that TrumpCo did and while deplorable, aren't illegal. And the other side of the river are chargeable offenses re: the Capitol Assault.

1/6 Hearings thus far as the Gold Standard for DC hearings and I hope they get to the bottom of it all and deliver that bridge.

We need a bridge, if it exists.

To continue:

Focus on the first groups of people who crossed barriers and started the physical confrontations with officers. Herd mentality, many of those who follow are just wiling dopes.

I want to look inside and out at the PB, OK and others at the first line of the attack.

Any deposits to bank accounts of those involved? Not just payments to go to the rally, because that's legal...

But if there's money PLUS directions or a plan for the Capitol attack, got them!!

We need the January 6 Select Committee to investigate whether a bridge exists between domestic terror groups and Trump, McCarthy, Jordan, etc. We then need them to truthfully report back its results and let the Justice Department go from there.

8. And re: Domestic Terror designation

from factcheck.org

No Domestic Terrorist Designation

“There’s no legal process or meaning” for what the president (Trump) said, Patel told us. “He’s reflecting on the process that we use for foreign terrorist organizations.”

The secretary of state has the legal authority to designate groups as foreign terrorist organizations under federal law. The federal government makes those FTO designations through a six-step process involving the State Department and other agencies. The designations enable the federal government to freeze assets, prosecute individuals for aiding those groups and restrict immigration for members of those groups, as the Government Accountability Office explains.

“[W]e have federal criminal statutes regarding ‘Acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries’, but no equivalent for domestic terrorism,” Forest told us. “As an example, Timothy McVeigh was prosecuted in federal court for the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing under a federal law addressing ‘weapons of mass destruction’ because the ideology that motivated his attack was not connected to any foreign entity.”

If there were a domestic terrorist designation, Patel said, it would “undoubtedly face a First Amendment challenge, which is likely to succeed.”

The nonpartisan Congressional Research Service also explained in a 2017 report that the “federal government lacks a process for publicly designating domestic terrorist organizations. In other words, there is no official open-source roster of domestic groups that the FBI or other federal agencies target as terrorist organizations.”

It, too, cited concerns about infringing on First Amendment freedoms if a domestic terrorist designation were possible. “Such a list might discourage speech and expression related to the ideologies underpinning the activities of named groups,” the CRS report said.

TFG is really good at hiding his "bridges". He speaks in code and never says directly what the dirty deeds he wants accomplished are. Let's hope the bridges are provided by the folks on the other end of the line.

The smoking guns don't exist. Trump didn't send marching orders by email or phone threepers and neither did anyone else. That's not how things like this work. The commission is intended to drag this through until well into the 2022 election cycle so we can keep it in the media and help send more MAGATS packing in the next election. Anyone waiting for criminal charges to come out of this is kidding themselves.

Were the tours illegal?

Did anyone tell them where to enter and where to go?

Did they go through the normal channels to request a tour?

How many tours occur on a normal day?

Did they do background checks on the tours?

So yeah, why were these constituents at the Capitol? Who did they speak to for scheduling the tour? I'd bet you can connect the dots from the elected members of the insurrection party and the traitors who broke into the Capitol to kill and defile.

The person is question is Boebert.

Cross reference the names of those who took a tour with those who have been arrested.

And the WaPo article said they were spotted in a tunnel but not in the Capitol.

Is there video or photos of the group being led by Boebert?
