Democrats only with Veep Harris breaking the tie? It was also announced today that the bipartisan, smaller infrastructure bill has the 60 votes necessary. Even McTurtle has said he's onboard.

Which sets the stage for reconciliation, but that she might not support the actual package itself, if she considers it too expensive
