My thought is he refused to take certain actions 45 was pushing for, and was either asked to resign or decided to so he wouldn't be party to the plans being made.

And with him gone, we now know 45 was harassing his replacement.
What did 45 say to Barr before he left?!? He needs to be questioned.
He knows stuff. I've been saying this since January.

But Rosen's notes and recollection are promising. I bet Barr knows more!
