The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia announcedU.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia announced on Wednesday that Virginia resident James Russell Davis has been charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder.
The criminal complaint filed against Davis alleges that video footages shows him wielding what appears to be a "large stick" that he brandished while charging at officers during the riots.
The complaint claims that Davis can be seen charging "up the West Front Terrace stairs" of the Capitol building and "toward the Officers wielding the large stick/pole like a baseball bat in a pose consistent with a person preparing to strike with the object."
The footage cited in the complaint also shows Davis "pushing and screaming" at a police officer, and also "pushing the officers hands down" as they try to stop him from advancing toward the building.

"Bites the Dust" doesn't mean arrested on charges of any crime.
It means Dies. As in "no longer living". as in "no longer drawing breath. as in "No Pulse" .
Just like all the others arrested on charges related to Jan 6th, many who "bit the dust" were actually released on bail. A few appear to have been rearrested for violating court orders,but they're still very much alive and will be free to commit further acts of violence in the name of their cult leader.
This particular ass clown thug is also still breathing, unfortunately. Wouldn't surprise me in the least that a sympathetic judge will release him on bail as have others on far more dangerous charges.
I look forward to the day when all of these thugs are actually serving hard time. And if any of them actually "bites the dust" , I'll be celebrating till the cows come home. 
I just wish it was true...
specifically, at least 6 foot under. even deeper if needs must. for every single one of these traitorous thugs..
