Think masks are ineffective?
If you think face masks are useless and are too much trouble, the next time you or your loved ones are in the hospital requiring surgery, demand the operating physician and the nurses to remove their masks before cutting begins.

Really shows how masks and social distancing can save us.Covid is worse, but masks help greatly there too.

It sure makes a difference! "Catering" sounds like it's growing-- it's being catered to!

(9,165 posts)3. I got out of the hospital yesterday after 2 1/2 days.
Non surgical issue. Patients were required to be masked when out of their room. EVERYONE else was masked at all times when I had contact with them. Including my wife, even when she was in my room.
