A PAC can only contribute $5,000 to a candidate. But it can spend unlimited amounts ("uncoordinated" ) on behalf of the candidate.

It looks like the NY expressway complete with on & off ramps, when one is leveled off with limited donations, they just move to the next, & they somehow all trickle down into Turner's hands.

And This is why the PAC/SuperPac business complaint against her, was recently filed with the FEC.
