During an appearance on CNN's "State of the Union" with host Jake Tapper, Collins -- as she is known to do -- expressed concern with the make-up of the committee and skipped over the fact the Republican leadership has opposed it at every chance and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy tried to put at least one possibly complicit Republican, Rep. Jim Jordan (OH) on it.

(7,759 posts)...bipartisan commission, huh? Jim Jordan is an acceptable committee member..huh??... chastising Pelosi for rightly refusing Jordan as a committee member because of his clownish caustic partisan outbursts and witness status says what..Collin is a rational thinker??.. this is the same woman who voted against holding Trump accountable (impeachment #1) because he "learned his lesson" like the orange asshole was a child who burned his hand reaching for a forbidden cookie and not the president...

(10,375 posts)She rarely says "rational things" when it really matters. In fact, I can't think of any time she has. Can you provide some examples?
When the corrupt GQP needs the votes, or the support, she's right there for them. No matter what phony "moderate" crap she tries to pull off the rest of the time.
Really, how could anyone forget that?
