BREAKING: The NLRB has issued a recommendation finding that Amazon illegally used a ballot dropbox to defeat the Bessemer union drive, per a source.

The NLRB will issue a final decision later that could overturn the results.

We documented Amazon’s actions in detail. More soon.

“In a final step towards a formal decision, the Hearing Officer who presided over the case has determined that Amazon violated labor law; and is recommending that the Regional Director set aside the results of the election and direct a second election.”

LET’S FUCKING GOOOO

Otherwise, they will cheat every time there's a vote. You could declare new elections over and over and never get a valid result, keeping the status quo, which suits Amazon just fine.

This is dated July 30, 2021. At the link it states that 746 million Euros equals 887 million U.S. Dollars.

so that union reps would no longer be able to talk to employees at red lights on their way to work. Wow. On top of the constant mandated "classes" where employees were discouraged to join, the anti-union messages posted everywhere, and the illegal ballot boxes - this just blows my mind. The level of anti-union propaganda those workers had to endure is off the charts. Fine the crap out of Amazon (and Bessemer County, good grief) and run that vote again!

Watch the video. It's worth the time. Yikes.

Didn’t sound right
I knew the Amazon workers came out in drives FOR the union.
HOW did it NOT pass?

Inquiring minds and all that
