The leaders of the campaign to recall Newsom are suing to try and prevent Newsom from describing

them as republicans and trump supporters

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.latimes.com/california/story/2021-08-03/recall-leaders-sue-to-stop-newsom-from-calling-them-trump-supporters%3f_amp=true

I guess Eric Early, who is the lead attorney for the recall campaign, and running for AG in 2022 as a republican doesn’t count, nor does all the other Republican and trump assholes who tried to recall Newsom three other times, or the outside repuke and trump money coming into the state from else

F**k them and the horse they road on

If there was any doubt of them being Trump Humpers, it has disappeared.

The plaintiff has to shoulder both sides costs until or unless they win.

Perhaps there should be an exception for suits that are in the public interest. What I want to stop is any fool from being able to commit the State to spending tax revenues to defend itself in every frivolous case like this.

Alternatively, apparently free speech cannot be curtailed (even when that speech contains dangerous lies, which this case doesn't allege), therefore it's de facto frivolous and should be summarily tossed.

over this BS. I am pissed off that the CA taxpayers are the ones who will get screwed.

Brad Parcalle rips them off and they still don't learn. Fucking morons, all of them.
