My nephew finally got vaccinated today!
He isn't an anti-vaxxer and he wasn't "vaccine hesitant". He was "can't seem to get off my butt and drive over to the pharmacy".
I've been begging him, his mother has been begging him. His siblings, one who works in a hospital ER have been hounding him.
We've showed him article from the paper about a healthy man with the same attitude whose dying wish was that his wife gets the word out about how wrong he had been to put it off.
We pointed out he could make $100 if he got his shots before August 15.
Nothing worked.
Last night his 13 year old said to him "Dad, I really need to get vaccinated before school starts." That did it, they went in together.
As they were leaving she said to him, "Grandma said I could make $100 if I did this." 
I don't care what it took, they got their first doses.
