(47,285 posts)He often just adds the word "and" to make it sound like he meant to say what he did or he keeps going. Everyone makes mistakes and they just say, "excuse me.........." and then correct themselves. Trump is too stubborn to even admit when he screwed up, no matter how minor it is.

The rambles produced some good comedy, too. Might favorite was his description of the American Revolution, especially how the valiant Patriot Army defended the airports. There was an article that quoted the Twitter responses to that, e.g. "One if by land, two if by sea, three if by air?"
