The fact that Trump and his minions can blatantly plan another siege of the Capitol and not be charged with some crime is very maddening to many of us.

Indictments are handed down by grand juries after hearing evidence presented to them by US Attorneys.

Grand juries have been impaneled and are hearing evidence but we don't know the details or timing of the proceedings because they are secret.

We don't just arrest people and throw them in jail because some of the public finds the process maddening. That's how Trumpworld operates.

Kirschner knows all of this.
