One third supported American isolationism to prevent the US from engaging in WWII. The list goes sickeningly on and on. The fact is there is a third of our population, including friends, relatives, and neighbors, who are so caught up in their bigotry, confirmation bias, and racism, that they will NEVER see the light. Full stop.

Expect post traumatic stress disorder to hit many of them.
Not yet, they are running on automatic, but later, when the pandemic settles, and they revise in their mind's eye all they have seen.
That's when the nightmares start.
But her simple message isn't getting through to many.
Get vaccinated, survive, help medical workers avoid PTSD.
A large part of the population just isn't listening.
Personal note: Wife and I have had our 2 AstraZeneca jabs.
A lot of younger relatives haven't. And we can't convince them.
No, I won't attend their funeral. Swearing at a funeral is unbecoming.
