Sen. Dick Durbin said that former U.S. attorney BJay Pak will be the next witness that his panel plans to interview.
Pak made news when he suddenly resigned in January in the aftermath of leaked audio of Trump pressuring Raffensperger to find enough votes to change the results.

Asked Durbin if hed like to see witnesses testify in public like Jeffrey Rosen, whom Durbin said provided riveting testimony about Trumps effort to use DOJ to reverse his loss
"I'm open to that," Durbin said of public testimony. "I'd like to see as much public as possible

Ain't no doubt in my mind that Pak resigned because he wouldn't cooperate with coup plans and is better at CYA because he resigned immediately.

Senators investigating Trumps attempt to overturn the results of last years election will next interview BJ Pak, the former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia.
Committee Chairman Dick Durbin (D-IL) told reporters on Monday that his panel would interview the former federal prosecutor. His office declined to say when the interview of Pak would take place.
TPM first reported in January that Pak departed the Justice Department weeks before he was expected to, on Jan. 4. Paks departure came one day after a recording was released showing Trump bullying Georgia Gov. Brad Raffensperger (R) in an hourlong attempt to convince him to overturn Joe Bidens victory in the state.
Trump officials had forced Pak to resign, the Wall Street Journal reported, for not doing enough to investigate the bogus claims that the election had been stolen.
