2. Bet they want it to go to the Supreme Court so it can be ruled legal to mask their donors and

organizers.

3. What happens if the Supremes rule this is okay. Then some rich father

gives money to an antidemocratic pac knowing that his family will not know so he will not have to answer to his family for being anti-democratic or voting for racists and masogynist politicians who let people die. Then the pac can blackmail him. Kind of like how the nazis made 2/3 rds of Germans so complicit in killing jews or facing a death if they thought of leaving nazi-ism that they would fight to the death for Hitler cause there was no other existance. Very few fought off the nazis or had second thoughts they acted on. It doesn't have to be explicit blackmail. It could just be the use of pressure points like the Lincoln Project says Republicans use.
