There's nothing to be gained by siding with unpopular antivaxxers against settled law. This just gives her cover when the time comes to overturn Roe v Wade and just about any voting laws passed by Democrats.

That is why.

“What do you mean you want to get rid of the filibuster because of the court? Look at Amy Barrett’s voting records; she voted against the anti vaxxers. You just want to expand the court to partisan reasons.”

That is why. For that argument. Any time these justices throw us a bone for something they didn’t care about anyway, they add to that argument to go back to when they vote how they want when it counts.

surprise, and the ACA.

These decisions don’t change their RW ideology, nor are they ruling one way or another because they don’t want the court expanded, or getting rid of the filibuster. Those issues are decided by Congress, not the SC

This decision follows their “state rights”, private institutions federalist society ideology

As for the other issues:

The filibuster is up to the Senate to change the rules, and increasing the number of justices on the SC has been done before, and again is up to Congress

I work at a university that has been saying they think mandated COVID vaccines that are not fully approved is illegal.

I'll take the help wherever I can get it.

...and a real piece of sh*t. She used to be with ONAN...er...OANN, now home to the execrable Chanel Rion. Robinson's Twitter feed is a nonstop sewer main of conspiracy theories, red-baiting, religious-right RadTrad-ism, and as of late, sickeningly sycophantic, minute-by-minute picayune coverage of Pillow Man's "Cyber Symposium". Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention, she's also a huge anti-vaxxer. Like 90% of her usual Twitter feed.
